There were a fair number of individual travelers in military uniforms intermingled with the civilian traffic in the Atlanta airport. Applause from the civilians present on the ground floor, and on the surrounding balconies, accompanied a military unit passed through one of the large multi-story concourses while I was there. This spontaneous expression of gratitude by the average citizens, stands in stark contrast to the despicable power-hungry politicians in Washington who are actively engaged in venal betrayals of the nation and its military, in the purely self-serving hope of gaining short term political advantage from the harm they cause, and the profound sacrifices they now seek to waste. All of Western Industrial Civilization will ultimately suffer the consequences of the duplicity and betrayal of these barbarians in our own government.
